Our Stress Management for Total Health program provides hands-on tools that you will be able to implement immediately following each meeting. In each session, you will learn about a specific topic and work with a clinician to determine how to apply this information to your own live . Sessions will include exercises that will allow you to practice your new skills, and you will end each session making plans for how to fit the new skills into your daily life.
The program consists of the following 10 sessions*:
1. Identifying your stressors
2. Recognizing your current coping strategies
3. Increasing awareness of your needs
4. Enhancing self-care
5. Employing a more effective attitude
6. Understanding the role of control
7. Creating healthy boundaries
8. Improving relationships with others
9. Living effectively within your environment
10. Handling stress every day
If your situation warrants more in-depth therapeutic services, we also offer psychotherapy to address topics related to stress management. Whether you benifit from skill-building or psychotherapy services, you will learn to implement strategies for better self-care and overall well-being.
