Our Self-Empowerment for Total Health program provides hands-on tools that you will be able to implement immediately following each meeting. In each session, you will explore a specific topic and learn strategies to overcome the challenges that you have faced. Guided exercises will allow you to rehearse newly-acquired skills in a safe, supportive setting. At the end of each meeting, you will make realistic plans for change and create strategies for obstacles that have prevented you from living a fulfilled life.
The Self-Empowerment for Total Health consists of the following 10 sessions*:
Whether you benefit from skill-building or psychotherapy services, you will learn to understand the origins of self-defeating thoughts and learn to implement positive self-care strategies. Each individualized session focuses on particular skills to further the development of greater confidence, self-reliance and self-motivation. Gaining mastery of self-motivation, initiative, and independence will allow you to start living a more fulfilled life.
Interested in joining a Self Empowerment group session? Groups offer additional support and encouragement in a nurturing environment.
