Virginia Inglese, M.A., R.D., L.C.S.W., CLC

Virginia guides clients in creating personal balance, intimacy and health in their lives, enhancing their personal and professional relationships, and empowering them to take responsibility for a healthier, more fulfilled life. She works with individuals, couples, families, and groups to reconnect with their physical and emotional needs and to develop tools for self-care. 

Through her understanding of the connection between the mind and body, Virginia successfully integrates nutrition, movement, coaching and therapy to treat the “whole person”. She works to discover the individual’s true self, helping clients to overcome sabotaging barriers to self-care. She nurtures her client’s to engage in positive action, foster self-acceptance and establish positive relationships with food, activity and their bodies - thereby enhancing self-esteem, body image and mood.

Virginia has been teaching dance, body-work and therapeutic exercise for over 30 years. She combines movement; touch therapy and imagery techniques to help clients create a positive body experience. 

Virginia’s years of study have gained her an impressive list of credentials and a unique approach to therapeutic work:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Master’s Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University
  • Licensed Registered Dietitian, Bachelor’s Degree from Virginia Tech
  • Exercise Physiologist, Master's Degree in Sports Medicine from George Washington University

  • Certified Eating Disorder Specialist
  • Certified Personal Trainer and Health Fitness Specialist with the American College of Sports Medicine
  • Movement and Dance Therapist

In addition, Virginia designs and implements health programs and conducts workshops across the country and has appeared on several television and radio programs. She combines over twenty-five years of study and professional experience with her dynamic speaking skills to create powerful, motivating presentations. Her engaging personality helps her successfully interact with the audience. She both teaches and entertains while providing practical information and inspiring people to make beneficial and realistic changes in their lives.

 

Rachel Bailey, M.A., CLC, CNWC


Primary Areas of Expertise: Self Esteem, Life  Balance, Weight Management, Stress Management, ADHD, Academic, and Executive Functioning Coaching


Rachel helps individuals understand their strengths, improve their self-esteem, and create a life balance that results in increased fulfillment and productivity. Using a respectful, non-judgmental approach, Rachel helps individuals to clarify who they are and what they want, and she helps them to identify realistic strategies for attaining their goals.

In the past, Rachel has worked as a therapeutic mentor, in-home counselor, and has provided both therapy and coaching services. Rachel understands the importance of each person’s unique situation and helps clients discover tools that will work within the context of their own lives. Her experience includes:

Rachel has created and delivered presentations to corporations and schools on topics related to optimizing health and performance. She has also successfully helped many adolescents and adults to recognize and achieve their personal, professional, and academic goals.

Elliott Horowitz, M.S., R.D., C.E.S.
Primary Areas of Expertise: Weight Management, Eating Disorders, Diet & Nutrition, Medical Nutrition, Fitness and Bodywork Training


Elliott integrates his bodywork and imagery techniques to help empower his clients, while enhancing body image, self-esteem and creating a positive body connection. His specialties include weight management, eating disorders, nutrition for mood/energy, cardio-vascular, gastrointestinal, allergies, diabetes, sports nutrition and training, post rehab of injuries, immune and inflammatory issues, and mind-body exercises such as tai chi/yoga.

Elliott has experience in the clinical setting, weight loss medical facilities, and in private practice. He has extensive experience working with individuals ranging from the physically challenged to professional athletes. Over the years, Elliott has conducted nutrition and fitness workshops and presentations, worked in media producing classes, seminars and videos in the areas of stress management, fitness, ergonomics and many topics on nutrition.
 
Kathleen Dore, M.Ed., R.D.
Primary Areas of Expertise: Weight management, and disordered eating, medical nutrition therapy, nutrition and fitness coaching for stress management, metabolic syndrome and general wellness and disease prevention
Kathleen integrates her training in nutrition therapy, fitness, and teaching to empower her clients to achieve their health and wellness goals and find peace and balance in their relationship with food, weight, and activity. She specializes in using a non-diet approach to help adolescents and adults heal eating problems and manage food and weight successfully without dieting and deprivation. For families struggling with feeding issues, she provides personalized strategies to create a positive, supportive family eating environment, foster a healthy feeding relationship, and prevent future weight and eating problems.
In addition to weight management and disordered eating, her other specialties include sports nutrition, medical nutrition therapy for cardiovascular disease and gastrointestinal disorders, and nutrition and fitness coaching for stress management, metabolic syndrome, and general wellness and disease prevention.

Kathleen integrates her clinical, teaching, and counseling skills to guide her clients in establishing positive relationships with food, activity, and their bodies. She empowers individuals and families to make realistic, long-term changes to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Ryan Dreher, C.M.T., CPT
Primary Areas of Expertise: Massage Therapy, Body Work, Fitness Training


Ryan brings a synergistic approach to his practice. He works in tandem with the clinicians to help people reconnect with their bodies, lower stress levels and discomforts formed from years of negative holding patterns, and improve confidence, energy, and self-image. He specializes in Deep Tissue and energetic work, focusing on freeing the body of restrictions and adhesions in the soft tissues as well as achieving balance in the body. He is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with years of experience motivating and challenging individuals to reach and exceed their goals.


  • Licensed Massage Therapist, by the Virginia Board of Nursing
  • Completed a 720-hour massage therapy program at the Heritage Institute in Virginia
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University
  • Work experience in the mental health field
  • Certified Personal Trainer (NASM)
