Group support adds a new dynamic to the growth of individuals. Knowing that there are others like yourself who are dealing with the same challenges can be both comforting and inspiring. Many clients say that participating in groups gives them a sense of belonging that they hadn’t felt before. Our groups typically include 5-8 people per session, may be ongoing, and are formed in a variety of ways for therapy and support or interactive, educational workshops.
