- Consultations are by appointment only
- On-site fees are based on one-hour sessions
- Off-site therapies available (Fees may vary based on location)
- Payment due when services rendered
- Visa and MasterCard accepted
- 24-hour cancellation notice required for individual sessions
- Week prior cancellation notice required for presentations/ workshops
- Receipts provided for insurance claims for individual sessions
- Individual/Couples/Family Therapy $165 initial / $135-185 follow-up
- Nutrition Counseling $150-165 initial / $125-150 follow-up
- Fitness Training $125 initial / $ 75 on-site follow-up & $100 off-site follow-up
- Massage Therapy $105 per hour / $150 (1½ hour)
- Group Counseling/Coaching $75 / session
- Individual Coaching $150 / session
- Total Health Series $125 / session (Individuals/Families/Couples)
- Total Health Series Groups $75 / session
- Phone Counseling/Coaching $100-$150/hour
- E-Counseling/Coaching $50 per detailed response
- Extended Session $75 per additional ½ hour session
